The airport transfer is provided by a reliable third-party provider with whom we cooperate. Please note that after booking the service through our website, all communication will be directly with the company providing the airport transfer. Once the service is booked, all information you have provided will be sent to the email address of the airport transfer company and automatically confirmed. Contact details for any further communication regarding the service will be included in a confirmation email sent to you.
A few days in advance, you will receive a reservation reminder with the driver's name and phone number. The driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point. Please find information about the meeting points on our website. If the meeting point is at the airport, the driver will be there with a sign displaying your name. The driver will also be able to get in touch with you, so please switch on your phone once you land and keep it handy.

When you book your airport transport and provide your flight number, the driver tracks your flight in real-time. This means your pick-up time automatically adjusts to your actual arrival, ensuring a smooth transition. Once your flight lands, your driver will wait for you at arrivals for up to 45 minutes, giving you ample time to clear customs, collect your luggage, and meet them comfortably.
If you’re being picked up from the airport, your driver will track your flight and wait for at least 45 minutes once you land - even if your flight is delayed.
